We are currently recruiting at 3 levels:

Graduate entry: £28-32K
2 year experience: £40-42K
Experienced Hires – £90K+

Regardless of level we look for the same basics:

  • A  First Class or 2.1 degree in a quantitative subject (Engineering, Physics and Mathematics) from a leading UK or international university.
  • An unswerving commitment to client service – we pride ourselves on being there whenever the client needs us
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to feel comfortable in the detail without losing sight of the big picture
  • Good team working skills
  • Initiative and drive to take responsibility and make things happen

For our 2-year experience level we expect:

  • Experience in a high performance consulting environment
  • Tangible evidence that you have demonstrated initiative and have been rewarded with additional responsibility
  • Familiarity with the basic consulting toolkit.

For our experienced hires, we look for project management experience:

  • You will have managed a number of quantitative, complex and multi-geography projects in a high performance environment
  • You have highly honed client relationship skills across all levels of an organisation from CEOs to factory managers
  • You are an experienced people manager and can guide and mentor less experienced team members
  • You have demonstrated a record of progression with a single company
