Our client operated a large number of online properties.  They needed to understand the overlap between these properties, the number of customers they dealt with and opportunities for increasing overall sales through cross-selling.

What we did

  • De-duplication of all consumers across all properties - 16M consumers or 40% of the UK population
  • Detailed which properties dealt with each consumer - including theopt-in states by consumer by property

  • A quantification of the number of consumers our clients was dealing with
  • De-duplicated information per consumer for the 16M consumers
  • Segmentation of these 16M consumers by property
